Loading and offloading
Our drivers load your bulk goods via the top of the trailer and offload goods via a discharge belt in the trailer and a slide at the back. The discharge conveyor can track the processing speed at the address where goods are offloaded precisely. The trailer offloads electrically, allowing us to disconnect and offload quickly.

• The drop mat/catcher protects your bulk goods during loading.
• With the discharge belt and sloping wall, we can offload your products in a dosed manner.
• The roll curtain with quick-release closure ensures optimal protection of your cargo.
• The trailers are fully insulated for optimum safety and durability.

Combine two transports with each other, e.g. on the outward journey a loose food transport and on the return journey a transport of pallets.

Loading and offloading
Our drivers load your bulk goods via the top of the trailer and offload the freight horizontally and safely via a moving floor. The series of floor slats in the sliding floor are hydraulically driven to discharge the trailer automatically. With the walking floor trailers, we reduce the number of empty trips, saving costs and CO2.

Loading and offloading

Our specialised silo trailers guarantee fast transport of bulk goods, such as potato flakes, flour or grain.

Loading and offloading
Our transporters load your bulk goods such as grains, beans and sugar through the top of the trailer via the manholes and safely blow the product out of the manhole at the rear of the trailer with compressed air, in order to offload.

Specifications inside the trailer:

• With a hydraulic tipping cylinder and electric pump, the trailer body can be offloaded automatically.
• The compressor creates positive pressure that carefully blows your product out of the trailer.
• The trailers are airtight, for optimum cargo protection.

Disk-sail trailers are used for transporting loose goods in crates or on pallets, but can also be used for transporting non-food goods and goods with different sizes compared to pallets, which do not require a permit or exemption.  

Loading and offloading
Sliding tarpaulin trailers have the advantage that the loading floor is accessible from the top, the rear and both sides. The tarpaulin can be pushed to the side on both sides along the full length of the trailer. In addition, this trailer is covered to keep the load clean and dry.
